my article:telecommuting........

This group of highly prized workers is now able to work anywhere at anytime by using a process called telecommuting.The growth of the distributed workforce is driven by globalization, extremely long commutes to work,rising gasoline prices ubiquitous broadband communications links and powerful laptop computers and computing devices.

Telecommuting has a number of potential advantages for employees, employers and society.there have advantage and disadvantage of telecommuting for employees and employer...for employees the benefits is reduce stress and improve family life.for employer the advantages are increased productivity and the ability to retain skilled employees.

The disadvantages for employees are increased feelings of isolation, and possible loss of fringe benefits.for employer the disadvantages are supervising work, potential data security problems and training costs.

My comment about this tittle is nowadays are are very importing for telecommuting because without telecommuting such as telephone, fax machines, laptop and so on we cannot communicate each other such as between employees and employer.........

my article: Differentiate between e-learning and distance learning

E-learning refers to learning supported by the web. It can take place inside classrooms as a support to conventional teaching, such as when students work on the Web during class. It also can take place in virtual classroom, in which all course work is done online and classes do not meet face to face. In these cases, e-learning is a part of distance learning. Distance learning refers to any learning situation in which teachers and students do not meet face to face.

Using simulation and interactive scenarios, the course instructs students how to assess staffers' skills and competencies identify the best management approach in assisting and directing people based on the their competencies, and partner with individuals to help them be more productive and self-sufficient.

my hobbies.......

Today i want to write about my hobbies in my spacious time.....My first thing i love to do is watching Korea drama....I LOVE IT VERY MUCH........just now i have watch may types korea drama....that a lot in my laptop and make my memory laptop was full with that.....love it!!!

I want just want to share with you some summary of one story that tittle"MY PRINCESS"....Have u watch it before???if you do not watch it yet you must read this summary that can make you feel to watch it...believes it....

summary:

Today i want to share to all of you about love....i am very sure that everyone was know what is love...how feel when falling in love????

LOVE:means an emotions of strong affection and personal attachment.......

Today I want to babbler about myself and my family .... My name NURFADHLIAH BINTI ISMAIL ... I am now being continued my studies at universiti teknologi mara taking degree on marketing.....before this i also study at Sekolah Menengah Agama Sharifah Rodziah di melaka and malacca matriculation collage...

Now i want to tell my family story that is i have 3siblings and of course i am eldest in my sibling....and i the only girl in my siblings......i stay at ayer keroh melaka....

I am a shy and someone who is always happy .... I am not a very disagreeable, but you should never make me angry............

my status now are single and available..."hihihihi"...........
